very bad service

very Bad service i took my brother for eye test in December and we arranged to pay in Jan with my Edcon card in Jan i went back on the 06th to pay which the card refused to process the payment because their lines were down they never bothered to call and let us know until i went beck on the 15th Jan to check the glasses and i was told it was never done because their machine is not working now the problem i sitting with my brother has been offered a job but he cant resume without those glasses the company gave him until this Friday the 24th to come with glasses or they will hire someone else my contact number is ***
