Utterly useless

<p>Waited 4 weeks for my trial contacts to arrive (they said 2 weeks) before calling. 15 minutes of searching while I'm on the phone and Pearl takes my details to call me back. She doesn't. I phone again the next day, speak to someone else, told to wait patiently, supplier etc...</p> <p>Wait 2 more weeks for lenses. Call again. Pearl answers, rinse and repeat. </p> <p>Went in 4 months after initial appointment to tell them what I think and they have no record of me ordering lenses.</p> <p>Went to Spectacle Warehouse and walked out with the lenses after my consult.</p>
