Utterly disappointed

I just received the worse experience at The Spec Savers situated at The Umhlanga Center. As customers we should all receive the same kind of attention and customer satisfaction irrespective of our age or race. The Indian assistant had taken my request for assistance for granted by attending to others , leaving me to just wait. Its sad that we has customers have to cry out for respect and kindness.
