Utter disappointment-Again!!!!!

I got a Mediwallet credit facility and was forced to use Spec savers again. My last 2 experiences with them were extremely frustrating. Almost 3 years later I use my credit facility to get spectacles at their Springs Mall branch approx 2 weeks ago. I found the front desk lady unpleasant.

Today I follow up. She tells me the lab says they're experiencing problems with one of the lenses because it's glass and she will let me know when they're ready-basically just like that! I can see problems coming, just like before. I can't stand them. I regret having to use them, I've never had a good experience with them and 3 years from the last time, I can see it's the same story.
