Useless Service

My husband had a pair of glasses made at Spec-Savers Garden Route Mall. What an absolute joke. We were advised to add SV Protect and Climate Eyes and Hard Coat to the lenses. After a couple of months the coating started to crack and the lenses were replaced as there were a factory defect with the coatings. We requested the the coatings not be added to the lenses, but was advised that the problem was resolved and the coatings will not crack again. Needles to say this happend again and once again we are battling with Spec-Savers to have the lenses replaced. After requesting that no coatings be added to the lenses they once again added it. Almost 3 weeks later and we still waiting for the glasses. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AS THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS. Spec-Savers removes all negitave comments from their social media pages, but guys this will not change the fact that your services is pathetic. Please support your local Optometerist and cut out big chain groups like Spec-Savers!!!!!!!!!!!!
