Useless pair of glasses

2 months ago I received my glasses from Spec Savers. The eye test was done already from another company. I am battling to see with the glasses purchased from spec savers as a result am still using my old glasses which have expired 2 years ago. I went to the store and made them aware, unfortunately I was not given an alternative. I regret moving from one optician to Spec savers. I have a pair of glasses that I cannot use.
