Useless

First and last time I will ever use them!!!!!!!

First I went to collect my glasses, only to find out that they had used the wrong frames, Which they were hesitant to fix, but said they would. At this point we were very clear with what wanted, to both of the ladies behind the counter, and indicated very clearly which we wanted polarized and which we wanted clear.

Second time trying collect my glasses only to get my normal / day to day specticals polarized and my sunglasses are clear. Which apart from the fact that it was wrong, looks absolutely ridiculous!!!!

When I told the lady behind the counter it's wrong, she become very defensive and said "I swear that's what you said", basically saying that I was lying, which I did not appreciate at all.

I work in sales and I have never treated any of my customers this way.

R3500 DOWN THE DRAIN!

Refuse to ever use them again!
