I just want to let you know that our family will never again make use of your services or products. I called in yesterday as my husband needs an eye test for his driver’s license renewal. Apparently due to the virus you are not offering this service anymore but if willing to come in for an eye test you will gladly provide the forms. A bit annoyed I agreed as the eye test can be covered by medical aid, so we book the appointment and then the ************ woman asks me to which medical aid I belong, I tell her Moto Health and you are contracted in. She tells me oh no, since the end of level 4 you have had to many problems trying to get hold of them so I have to pay cash of 500 (which I must get where considering our income has taken a knock due to lockdown) because she’s to lazy to contact the medical aid herself. Well guess what, I called Torga and they were more than happy to assist so I guess they get our business forever and you lose a client and I will make sure that the whole community knows how you have no sense of Ubuntu in this time and that you lose a lot more clients.
