Unsatisfied client

I definitely NOT recommend anyone to buy their specs at N1 City SpecSavers. I purchase glasses from them just over a year ago. A few month later I experienced that the lenses got frosty which I went back to them to check it out for me. After cleaning the lenses, it was ok for 2 to 3 months before it frost up again more servere then the first time. Went back to them again to complain which I was then told my year warranty has expired and they can't help me with the problem. They also told me that the glasses is to much expose to heat. I was furious (my specs last for less then a year and was then told the damages is because of excessive heat. Indirectly I was told not to wear my tinted glasses in the sun to avoud excessive heat.) SpecSavers N1 City after service is from the worst I ever experienced anywhere else in the world and strongly recommend steps to be taken against them. Lenses is supposed to last for many years and a 1 year warranty is absurd especially when there is hardly any wear and tear on lenses. I need to make new glasses again with another company and we all know how expensive these items are. In my opinion is N1 City SpecSavers busy to rob people from there hard earning money.
