Unsatisfactory service

Specsavers Hemmingways Mall- My child went for an eye testing as per the appointment on the 10 September 2023, however, all went well up until i called them regarding tinting of the glasses which they quoted R1500. Due to financial constraints I couldn't afford to pay for the tint, instead I have asked them to process without tinting the glasses. Now, they are coming up with stories to say my child is over 12 years old now but this whole process was done before my child turned 13 on the 15th September 2023. I am very much disappointed with their service, because the testing and frame selection was done before she turned 13, am now stuck with my child asking for the specs which I do not have the money for.
