Unprofessional Service and Delayed service delivery

I am appalled by the terrible delay in service of the Spec-Savers in fourways mall opposite Game Store. I went to get new spectacles on 15 February 2020,i made a full payment and was assured that I could pick up the spectacles within 5 to 7 working days. It is now the 10th of March, I was never contacted with an update, I have been continuously following up, and given the same answer that the spectacles will be ready soon. It is almost a month and no specific reason has been given for the delay. Very unprofessional service, and and no communication, I will not advise anyone to use Spec-savers at Fourways Mall
