Unprofessional service.

Had eye glasses made in November 2024. Since then I had to go thrice for an eye test due to their failure. First I received my glasses with the left lense weaker. Received it back with the bifocal different sizes. Received it back with the right eye weaker and faulty tint. With the last eye test they discovered my right eye now have a dark spot at the back which might be the start of cataract. When I had my first eye test in November 2024 my eyes was clear of any cataracts. Even with the second eye test. I believe it's because of months using the wrong lens. They decided to wash their hands of me and is going to reimburse me instead of fixing the problem. Very disappointed as I've dealt with them for 20 years without any problems.p
