UNPROFESSIONAL - SELLO SIMON MAGAKWE(OPTOMETRIST)(

I booked an appointment online for my daughter for sunday 2nd June , 09:00, at Tshwane mall . Got a confirmation whatsapp on the 21st of May. On the 31st i received a check-in message,, confirmed payment method and checked in. We got there before 9:00,they were not open yet. Went around the mall came back just before 9:00. There was no sign of them, waited at the door, even phoned the emergency number printed on the door, twice it was ringing, the 3rd time it went straight to voicemail. The worst service Ive ever received from speck savers, 'would not recommend anyone to go to Tshwane mall, Mamelodi. Waste of my time, energy, petrol and my daughters time where she could have been studying, instead we waited for unprofessional people.
