Unprofessional

I phoned and made an appointment in the beginning of February for my son for the right to sight that they offer, my appointment for my son was today I drove from Randburg to the Glen nobody phoned to inform me that it was cancelled, not even a curtesy call, they can’t help me and they can’t give me a new date I’ve been waiting for nearly 5 months the sign outside on the door says level 4 essential services last I checked we on level 3 and I should have been assisted
