*********, Unprofessional, Dishonest and Pathetic service

Good day,

My self VORAJI MINHAJBHAI booked appointment for my 6 years old daughter VORAJI FAATIMA for Free eye test.

Appointment was booked for 29th June, Thursday at 3.00pm.

Unfortunately few hours after booking I received a call from specsavers Madiba street in Pretoria +*** to inform me my daughter's consultation won't be free at 3.00pm.

If you wanted to charge me for free eye test at 3pm then why did you book me for that time slot? Your website was clearly showing 7 free slots available on that day.

Its dishonest, *********, unprofessional and pathetic service from such a multinational brand.

I would request you to kindly remove such **** promising services from your website.
