“Unprofessional and Unhelpful Staff at Specsavers Longbeach Mall

Specsavers Longbeach Mall Very disappointing experience. The staff showed no interest in assisting customers — not even a greeting or eye contact when I walked in. There were five employees standing around, yet no one acknowledged me.

I was there simply to buy eye drops, but the lady who eventually helped me seemed completely unmotivated, dragging her feet and unsure about the product. She kept asking her colleagues for answers, and they looked visibly irritated at being disturbed.

When I asked to speak with the manager, someone came out from the back office without a name tag. When I asked if she was the manager, she rep****, “You can speak to me.” I asked several times for confirmation, and only after pressing did she finally say she was — though I’m still not convinced she actually was the manager.

Overall, the staff were inattentive, unprofessional, and rude. Judging by the reviews in this platform, perhaps Specsavers is not the best option. There are many smaller, non franchised, options available and would rather make use of their services.
