Unprofessional and ********* service with no respect what so ever

I have never been so disrespected in my life like I have been today at Spec savers Tamboti mall ,Randfontein,Gauteng . I went there today the 20th of December 2024 and I was assisted by a very lovely and friendly lady named as Memory, as I wa****cited by her service the other employee by the name of Lerato stepped in by reprimanding me in a very disrespectful manner telling me that iam making noise in the store ,I asked her what was wrong by being excited with my loud voice that I have naturally especially since I was not complaining nor attacking them . Lerato kept on continuing arguing with me telling me that she works there she has a right to say what ever she wants . What also interest me was that the client she assisted rep**** on her statement saying ‘I’m making noise disturbing other clients ‘ the gentlemen said they are not disturbed in any kind of way ,so I ask my self that why Lerato had to argue with me regarding my tone since it was not being distructive other clients . Lerato is very rude and she has no sense of respect to other clients I even wonder if she went for customer service training because she is very unprofessional and *********. She made me to feel belittled and feel like a silly child after I have spended so much at spec saver . I doubt I will return for glasses at spec saver if they continue hiring such *********** people like Lerato who looks down on clients . My reference number for purchase is : KHU023. I’m not happy at all I feel slandered
