Unprofessional and no delivery

<p>The service i have received at Spec-savers Northgate mall is pathetic ! I've received nothing but terrible service and stinking attitude for the past 2 months. I have had my order changed without my concern, to lost and no call to come and collect my eyeware as the frame i wanted was not ordered. I would like a full refund for my latest purchase and I can find another well organised optometrist, the worse part I've paid in full and still no glasses to show for it! Yesterday's (24 March 2017) service was the last straw!</p>
