Unpleasant experience at Spacsaver Sunny Park

I visited the Spacsaver at the Sunnyside Sunny Park for for a purchase of a new pair as I was not happy with the options I was given in Hatfield.

When I arrived at the Sunny park branch, a gentleman by the name given was pleasant and helpful, very kind. Until I was introduced to the optometrist gentleman who was assisting me to get contact lenses until my glasses were ready. The gentleman was unpleasant, it seemed like he was doing me a favour in assisting. I felt unwelcomed. I’ve been to numerous spacsavers and have never received such treatment, this was disappointing and left a sour taste in my mouth. If it wasn’t for the fact that I liked the frame that I chose I would had easily took myself to Togar optical.
