Unorganized, sneaky and bad quality glasses

There was a promotion where you can get tested sunglasses with your glasses and if you pay R299 extra then Specsavers will Polarize it for me. Gentleman at reception said I can pay the polarize fee on collection. When I received the call that my glasses are ready, I went to collect it. After handing over my glasses I asked the guy if I should not pay for the Polarize? He said \Oh yes you should (very unsure I should add). Paid R299 and went home. On my way home my partner ***ner of quality polarized sunglasses) said its definitely not polarized. I took it back the next day and the guy checked the book and said sorry that it was indeed not polarized. A week and half later I phone them and asked why is it taking so long? He said they did sms me that its finished. When confirming the cellp numbr it was not even mine?

Collected glasses nxt day and the guy at reception confirmed its polarized. After work we went hiking. On our way my partner once again had a look and noticed the frame is now loose from the glasses
