Unhelpful and bad attitude
I was not happy with the service received from a lady at the Fairbridge mall,Brackenfell branch. She mumbled when I asked her to explain promotions and wasn’t very interested in being helpful and seemed dismissive.She gave my dad attitude over the telephone the previous day as well. I won’t be taking my daughter to that branch again.
