Unhappy with customer service

Incompetencent service I am unhappy with the service I received from one of your employees names Slindile _I arrived at the store to just follow up if my glasses are ready for collection @17:30 and she asked for my details I provided to her and according to her she checked and her feedback was that my glasses are not ready yet. I then left the store @17:45 I get a call from Specsavers to say my glasses are this mad me so furious as I was already at another store bare in mind the shops close @18:00 now I had to leave whatever I am doing to go back to Specsavers as it was going to inconvenience me coming again the next day! It's not the first time Slindile gives such service she is very *********** and has no customer service, she always looks like she does not want to work and not friendly I am highly disappointed with her services. Even when the Manager asked her to apologize her apology was not even sincere.
