Under hand Spec Savers ripping me off

Hi I would like to report a breach. I contacted spec savers to take a pair of glasses Thr advisor explaoned that it would be covered by the medical aid After a month a revision ved an invoice fron them stating i owe them outstanding amounts This was not told to me at POS, i have now recieved letters of demand from them stating that i owe them an amoubt of R996, which i dont feel i shoukd be liable for as i had more than enough savings in my medical aid to cover the costs This was a backhanded thing that shoukd not have happened

I called them and explained that the charges are not valid as i have enough savings in my medical aid to cover the charges

Ive now recieved letters stating i will be handed to debt collectors if i dont pay. This is a discracful and ********* tactic used by spr savers to get more money from clients

Please ensure the matter is resolved as this will impact my credit score
