For a store that is open 7 days a week and expect its customers to use their services 7 days a week, their customer care service is not operational 7 days a week. When contacting the customer care line over weekends, it gives you the voice message that they are only operation during weekdays between 8:00 and 17:00. No alternative is given like an e-mail contact or giving the customer the option to leave a voice mail.
