Unacceptable,unreliable and unprofessional service

I regret myself for using Scottburgh branch in KwaZulu-Natal.Worst service ever 😢 They're very unprofessional and unreliable.They do not even apologize for long overdue delays regarding glasses when I called them to address it.They do not even bother to contact you ,just to inform you that they're experiencing delays or whatsoever. This shows no respect for the business. I'm very disappointed so wish I used a different service. Even when they are taking down your information they whisper/gossiping among themselves about you including negative facial expressions/rolling eyes.If they feel there's something wrong/strange regarding certain information they should address it directly to the customers.Not acting as if the customer is not present.I end up asking them if there's something wrong/strange.Then they addressed it they I told them they should never do that to a customer. It's either they address it to the customers or they gossip about it after the customers has left.As an employee respect for business/client is very important.Also for colleagues coz they mentioned something about the other staff member though it's not something measure but it was not supposed to be heard/ discussed infront of the client.
