Unacceptable service

The receptionist was not adequately trained for her position. She did not know how the system worked and therefore caused me to rearrange my appointment, which I already had to wait WEEKS for. She could not help anyone that was in the shop. I will never to this branch again. How am I supposed to trust their testing on my eyes then?
