Unable to buy contact len unless eye test is done

Spec savers Pinetown refuse to sell me my husbands contact lenses unless he has an eye test done...that to me is holding a gun to my head so they can profit from an appointment.....to which is unnecessary as my husband feels he doesn't need it , his eye sight is fine ..... I have been unable to get the contact lenses .I find this ridiculous as it is the wearers choice and not the choice of the optician....Its a money grabbing scheme to make you pay for an appointment ......
