Tygervalley Best Service Ever from Lance and Lance

I had the best most professional yet friendly experience at SpecSavers Tygervalley, Western Cape and I would like to express my greatest gratitude to Lance Jones for the amazing service provided today, going extra mile to assist me. I have never felt so valued and worthy as a client the way both Lance Jones and Lance (The optometrist) made me feel. The two gentlemen are quite knowledgeable about their works and products and it goes without saying that Tygervalley specsavers is blessed to have them. Lance, the optometrist, made sure that I understand each and every single tests he did and why? I have been wearing spectacles but have never had such an insightful test. Lance Jones assisted me with navigating throgh my quote while still serving me the best and explained all specials well while providing great reccomendation. He further on patiently assisted me with choosing the best frame and I must say, I just told him once what i like and he was right on it.

I am definitely coming back in August to purchase another pair of spectacles. I have also recommended my husband to this store and he can not wait to experience the level of service I did. Thank you so so much Lance & Lance.
