Two claims instead of one

On 12-Feb-2022 I visited Spec-Savers Honeydew. I paid R6114.60 for two pairs of spectacles. Within a week I was back because of the poor quality of the frame. I met with the owner who admitted that the frame was of poor quality. After I selected a new frame the owner informed me that she would reverse the initia R6114.60 claim and resubmit a new claim for R3194.6. But it seems like this never happened. In fact an additional claim of R3194.6 was added to the 6114.60 claim thus bringing my total to R9912.60. Beware of thois business
