Tracing Marc Jacobs Specs - Disappointing

I visited Spec Savers in Rosebank Mall beginning of 2022 for eye check and ordered new specs and frame. They requested my old pair and when I collected the new pair I forgot to ask for the old one. I’ve been sending emails and also attached pictures where I’m wearing my old specs so they can trace it because I need my Marc Jacobs frame back and more so the new pair is not helping much and the old pair gave me better view. I received one call and after explaining what happened, the lady promised to call me back and that was the last time I heard from them. Sean (the optometrist) has never responded to any of my emails. They have cameras in their office and should be easy to resolve this issue.
