TOO LAZY TO PHONE
I went to Cradlestone Mall and spent 2 hours picking frames for my boyfriend to look at. When I got back they had put all my selected frames back on the shelves as this lady had assumed I wasn't returning. I had already filled in their forms with my cell no. She could have checked with me. I will never return.
