Tired of the Lies SPEC SAVERS

I am very angry.Spec savers in Lephalale Mall corner of chris hani &Nelson Mandela lephalale 0556 is testing my patients.So my dad paid his glasses and somehow he didnt get it so he asked for a refund right 4weeks ago he went in and did the refund process with Anneke now he has to phone EVERYDAY and ask for an update which Joalize feels like he has to wait because it werent send through exactly the same time as the day he went in for the refund but in the same breath she says it takes 14days isnt 14days 2weeks and here its already 4 weeks so now i want to ask is this how you treat a loyal customer.My dad believed in spec savers but now he should beg and listen to lies.PLEASE REFUND MY DAD
