This branch is just as pathetic as their reviews are!

I visited Spec-Saver (Medicross) and I've been waiting approximately three weeks for my specs. Every-time i try to call them to follow up (I MUST FOLLOW UP- That's they kind of client services). That landline is constantly engaged, eventually when i do get a hold of someone, this lady tells me some story about "the optom is checking specs, we get morning and afternoon delivery etc etc... she will check for my specs and call me back. To date I'm still waiting!

I've experiencing terrible headaches because of my specs not been updated., yet the optom is too quick to up sell add ons to "help head aches" but they cant meet their service level agreement.

This branch does not care about peoples needs, I'd recommend absolutely nobody to this branch.

If i could give this a zero rating, i would!!!!!!
