The staff at Spec-Savers Canal Walk are amazing, and I would have given a 5 * rating however the accounts department are despicable.

I purchases spectacles at Spec-Savers Canal Walk. The staff were amazing and could be more helpful, however the accounts department at their head office Language and Olivier Inc, I found totally disgusting. As stated I purchased spectacles from them in early March, based on an invoice they gave me at the time. Besides the fact that it took over 5 weeks before they were ready to collect, I then received an account for approximately 4 X the amount I had been quoted. When I stated this was incorrect they then produced 2 invoices dated 1 April, which was 4 weeks after I had originally ordered the spectacles, which is more than strange to say the least. Unfortunately I handed in the origional invoice when I collected them and thus had no choice but to pay the amount demanded. If you decide to go to them, as I stated the staff is wonderful, but be very, very careful to keep a copy of your quote.
