The nice but not so nice assistant!

My visit to the Spec-savers at the Vaal Mall on the 27 of November has altered my perception and most importantly ,me second guessing obtaining services from Spec-savers due to the customer services rendered by such an unprofessional assistant. Her appalling attitude and lack of professionalism got me walking out the store with a distraught state of mind. My sibling and I walked in together after 5pm enthusiastic to choose a pair of lenses after a eye test done before 5pm. From the very minute we entered she made us really uncomfortable and we felt rushed and uneasy when selecting the frames. when I asked to try the lenses she was rude again and that when we walked out. she insisted that she was not rude.Using words like mam and have a nice day while being sarcastic does not make you a nice person. I would like the eye test back so that I can source lenses elsewhere.
