Thanks Specsaver 4 Excellent service from Johanna

I took my daughter to Specsaver on Saturday 28 Feb 2015 to gets her eyes checked.She was examined by the optometrist.We were then handed over to a consultant named Johanna to complete the transaction and to choose a frame.A very professional and warm young lady, with an amazing service orientation, passion for her job and lots of patience.She took us through the entire process and did not mind me asking many questions.She showed us all kinds of frames and was willing to let my daughter try as many as possible.She gave advise on different types of frames and made recommendations where necessary. while she was doing a quotation for us, I told her about my glasses that are uncomfortable because they tend to fall off when I read, she took my glasses and asked a very kind guy in their store to adjust them for me, and he did so very well. now I can wear them everyday. As a result, I have recommended specsaver benoni to 2 of my friends who are due for specs changes, they will definitely go to Benoni and they mentioned that they will look out for Johanna. I am excited to pay for a remarkable service.Well done Johanna
