Terrible Service vrom Spec-Savers

Terrible and disgusting service from Spec-Savers. After about 1.5 years the anti-reflex coating of my lenses came off so much that my glasses look scratched and it affects my vision. Never before this happened in such a short time. When I send it to the lab in Cape town to check what is wrong, i got a very unprofessional report back. They refuse to take responsibility for this problem that could very well be a factory mistake. I will definitely not support Spec-savers again if they provide such bad-quality lenses and bad service.
