Terrible Service at Goldmen Spec Savers

Terrible service indeed. I phoned on the 16th of September for an appointment and I was given a time of 4:30 on Wed the 18th. We went russing there with my daughter only to be told that there was no appintment. What really ****ed me the most was the attitude of the two ladies that we found. Instead of apologising and finding another suitable date, they just gave me attitude and really ddint give me any service. I went out of that shop angry and really disspaointed becasue I have never experienced such iltreatment at a spec saver. I even threw their membership card becasue away immediately and instead contacted Eyetek and my daughter has her specticles she urgently needed. Never again will I use a spec saver, anywnere it is located in the country.
