Terrible service and incorrect business practice

I used Specsavers to purchase specs. Was told by the consultant that a mediwallet card is given as a benefit due to the purchase and I will receive points to use. I used the points only to find out that it's a credit facility that is opened up without your consent and you now need to pay back the amount used. Is Specsavers now in the business of credit or what! This was truly shocking. I have decided to settle the account and found out that there's an early termination penalty of about R260. This is all amazing because none of this is explained. Apart from this not a single monthly statement is s provided. I truly won't use Specsavers again or will not recommend anybody opening the account using there services.
