Terrible Service

Went for an eye test 8 days ago and ordered trial contact lenses. In my 35 years of wearing contact lenses I've never waited more than two days for lenses to arrive. It's now been 8 days and I've just been told that it might take another 3 to 4 days. And the same excuse every day, its the supplier. Well then SORT OUT your supplier! I've never had such bad service in my life. Looks like it was a mistake changing my optometrist to Specsavers.
