Terrible service

Pathetic service from the branch in vangate mall. My frame needed to be rapaired, 8 was called a week later to tell me the frame is out of stock, 2 weeks later after escalating it to the Manger I get a call to say my specs are ready, after being promised it would take 5 days... I only received if after 3 weeks... Now I'm sitting in the branch for over 30 minutes because they have a new system that doesn't work, when asking the staff to call the manager Mussart kazie whom I dealt with previously I was told that she requested not to be contacted after hours.. The store closes at 7 it is now 6:40... I am highly irate to say the least... And had to leave the store without my goods :-(
