Terrible Service

I called specsaver menlyn to get trail pairs for contact lenses as my medical is depleted until Jan next year, The lady (Big Mama) tells me I cannot as my script is expired, I advise her that my husband came in around January to order contact lenses and she (Big Mama) told him I cannot as I am pregnant and my script is expired and I need to come for a new test and because I am pregnant I cannot, so she advised me to get trail pairs until I give birth and for 3 months after giving birth, The month after I gave birth May I went to get my trail and the person that was there asks me why I am getting trail pairs as my script is still valid and I need to order contact lenses, I advised him what big mama said and he said to me that is not correct and he still treated me as if I was lying to get out of paying for the contact lenses - He then advised me that my script expires in September so I should come back to test then, my medical aid was depleted in May because of the complications with my pregnancy, now when I call in to get trail pairs just till Jan when I can order again Big mama says to me she cannot assist me which is very frustrating because if she allowed me to order in January for the year like I wanted to I would have had contact lenses now and now I am without and because of Big mama error they not willing to assist me
