Terrible service

I called your Spec-savers branch in Rosebank today to find out what time the store closed as I needed to come and collect my contact lenses. A man named Shaun told me the store closed at 19h00 today. After rushing to the store after work, I got there at 18h50 and found the store closed but employees were still inside. When I called the store to explain my situation the lady who answered hung up the phone on me. I am honestly disgusted and very disappointed and will definitely think twice before I deal with this branch again.
