Terrible optomotrists Specsavers

My terrible experience with Specsavers continues. After my initial complaint Specsavers rep****, indicating they were looking into the issues raised, Looks like this was just lip service. No representative from Specsavers has contacted me and me issues of incorrect lenses and bad fitting glasses is still not resolved. They are in my mind not a proffesional serice provider and i would say to all go to another optician. I have worn glasses for many years and the other opticians i have used are service orientated and proffesional. DO NOT GO TO SPECSAVERS.
