Terrible experience at your stores

On the 25 November I had an appointment at Cavendish Spec Saver finding a lady asking me if she can help me but her became very unhelpful when I asked about the summer promotion they have her attitude towards me was impatient and irritable, I then decided to cancel my appoint. The next weekend I then went to Century City Spec Savers only to find a similar attitude from the front desk staff. The information provided was not clear it seemed the staff were not clear as to what was include/excluded from the promotion. It was an irritating experience because I had other things places I wanted to and ended up spending more than two hours selecting frames. Only to relise these stores are under the same ownership Dowley & Brown inc. At least the optometrist helping me was good
