Terrible Customer Service

I visited Spec-Savers on the 10th of September for new prescription sunglasses

I was told they would be ready within 7 to 10 working days. On working day 10, I called and was told that they would likely be coming in at 4pm and was promised a callback. That call never came, so I called at 4:30pm to be told that the lab had put the wrong prescription in.

After calling numerous times this week and promised callbacks, which never came. I have just been on the phone with the store, who now says, a week after telling me the problem, that they will only be ready at the end of next week.

Spec-Savers, please kindly tell me how my usual optometrist, manages to get my glasses to me, whether normal prescription, or prescription sunglasses, within 4 - 7 working days, without fail, but it takes you 21 days and counting (28 days if they actually arrive at the end of next week, which I doubt) and how your lab mixes up prescriptions?

I remember why I stopped trusting you in the first place for my eye care needs

Thank you to Hadin Toyer from the store for doing his most to get this sorted.

This is what customer service should be, keeping the client up-to-date with changes and problems, and being willing to go the extra mile.

Thank you Hadin
