Temples came off on the hinges twice. Different pairs, same brand!!!

I got my pair of glasses from Ballito Lifestyle Centre branch in December of 2020. Paid almost R4,000 in cash cz I don't have medical aid. In July of last year, the one temple came of at the hinge. I had a warranty so the frame was replaced with the frame from the same supplier and same style. I'm so frustrated to say that today, 11 months later, that frame came off at the hinge. Exactly like the previous one. I went to the branch and was told that they will replace the frame but the options they gave me were were not up to standard as that frame is no longer available. And they are out stock. So many stories I heard to today I even got a follow up call telling me to return my glasses while they look for a frame for an undisclosed number of days. How am I suppose to function without my glasses? Should I still decide on the frame? After they told me at the store that they will tell me when they have stock once again. I am left so disappointed cz a prescription lenses are suppose to last for 2 years. My hard earned money....twice let down. IM DUE FOR A NEW PAIR LATER THIS YEAR AND IM NOT GOING BACK TO SPEC SAVERS.
