Talking BS!

I'm calling BS on the "procedures" because a friend of mine who also went not long before I did for her licence and she didn't need to fail first so BS Edenvale! BS! How would I have been referred to Edenvale Specsavers if the procedure was to fail first? If that was the case why is EVERYONE else not having this issue with other Spec-Savers????

I didn't want a free screening. I was willing to pay but no, you'd rather lose a client.
