Swakdiens

I had my eyes tested at Spec Savers and collected the glasses soon after. After receiving the glasses I could not work with the glasses on my computer and I returned to Spec Savers for a follow up in which I indicated that I could not see on my computer with the glasses. The receptionist indicated that the glasses was purely for long distances and not for computer work and that I should remove my glasses when working on my computer. If this was not sufficient I had to return for another eye test and had to purchase a second pair of glasses. Consequently I still cannot use the glasses to perform my duties on the computer and when I remove my glasses I cannot see on the screen and I am left with severe headaches. I've tried using my old glasses, but this to results in severe headaches (initially the reason for going to Spec Savers). Due to my financial situation I cannot afford the buy a second pair of glasses in a time span of two months. I've paid for a service at Spec Savers and yet I cannot use my glasses and it seems that nobody is willing to help me with this situation. I'm highly disappointed in the way I've been treated as my money has been taken for which I have not
