SURPRISE!!!
This review is way overdue, but I'd love to compliment Spec Savers Cape Gate, specifically their Audiology department & even more specifically, my Audiologist - Akira Harribarran.
I've been battling hearing loss AND severe myopia all my life - however, obtaining a pair of spectacles & adjusting to reading lips has always been my (cheaper) choice than getting a hearing aid.
But this time, my husband stepped in & along with Akira, they planned to surprise me with a set of (THE BEST) hearing aids while I had decided it was too expensive & I'd just carry on as I did before .. sukkel sukkel lol.
I would like to thank Akira for her genuinely sweet personality & clear desire to help me even before knowing that she would order the instruments for me.
Thank you to all the staff of Spec Savers Cape Gate who gathered together in the room to scream "SURPRISE!!!" when I walked in .. I cried like a little girl ..
